INTERVIEW WITH TV2 ABOUT THE INCREASING TREND WITH BODY ENLARGEMENT WITH OUR FAT, ALSO COLD BBL (BRAZILIAN BUTT LIFT)

Dr. A. Kalaaji, chief physician at Oslo Plastic Surgery was interviewed by TV2, the Health Check on the increasing trend of butt enlargement with own fat, also called BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) where many choose to travel abroad to have this done. Their argument is that it is cheaper to do this in other countries.

Dr. Kalaaji strongly warns against performing transplantation for buttocks abroad as you are uncertain about the expertise of surgeons and healthcare professionals and the quality of treatment you receive there. Another important cause is resistant bacteria that you risk taking with you to Norway.

He goes on to say that in many cases the final sum is more expensive than if it had been done in Norway as follow-up and any correction after such an operation is needed.

Dr. Kalaaji and Oslo Plastic Surgery have extensive experience with fat transplantation to the buttocks (BBL) and hold numerous lectures and courses worldwide, most recently being in Paris, London, Manchester and New York on the method he has developed. The number of patients has increased dramatically since 2014. A too large, disproportionate butt is not to be sought, but a symmetrical and harmonious whole with figure-shaping of the entire back part including the back, thighs, abdomen and buttocks.

Oslo Plastic Surgery is very concerned about patient safety around this procedure and to achieve good results as it can have fatal consequences if not performed properly.
