It was an honor to be invited to the ICTEC WEBINAR – INDONESIA on June 18th, 2022, where I got to talk about Periorbital Rejuvenation, alongside some great surgeons and colleagues. ICTEC, or Indonesian Clinical Training and Education Center, is a simulation center located at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Jakarta, Indonesia. ICTEC which commenced its operations in June 2010, is also under the umbrella of Faculty of Medicine Universitas Indonesia.
Periocular rejuvenation essentially consists of both non-invasive rejuvenation and surgical rejuvenation. It may be indicated for the purpose of solely enhancing cosmesis or to rectify a complication of a prior cosmetic correction. Recent advances focus on minimally invasive scarless techniques in achieving this goal. Oslo Plastikkirurgi dr. Amin Kalaaji shared his great deal of experience and techniques used to achieve the greatest cosmetic results.
